Currently No I would not tell people to play this game

There are just soooo many things broken.
I get that its early but some stuff to me appears to be stuff I would assume you would think of during such a long development. However the stuff that does work is great In time IF they fix the game and all the bugs get reported/fixed this game will be great fun. as it stands I cant even finish my play threw because at least 3 bugs are preventing me from finishing. and those are only the ones I know about who knows what hidden stuff is stopping me. ( EVERYthing is owned by 1 faction and we are still at war with people that have 0 power and 0 settlements. ) So I feel like LATER this game will be great Right now its just disapointing that I cant even finish...

How are the reviews very positive?

Soooo much is broken I mean if it works as intended its ok But stuff is soo glichy.
