Heyy mate, I've got an error with my Steam and I couldn't help noticing that you have had a similar problem and fixed it, I was just wondering if you could possibly help me fix this?

It's when I load up Steam.exe when I turn on my computer I get this error message...
ERROR: error reading data segment
