-Nickname-

Let's start with how the nickname "Nerve" came to fruition. It started back in the golden age of CoD MW.

When things got difficult or my team was in a losing position, I was always the one to come up with crazy ideas to turn the tide. Usually, I was the one to do something crazy, sacrificing my k/d in order to be the bait or just rush up and distract everyone for as long as possible so that we could manage to change to play-style to our rhythm and actually win. During these crazy matches, some random person kept using the word "nerve'" while describing my actions and hence my teammates at the time decided to start using the nickname and has stuck with me since.

-Who am I?-

Simply put, I'm just another average person who just enjoys playing games, having fun, laughing with friends and just get to know more people.

I am thirty one years old, male, a Capricorn and in a relationship.

My real name is Kurt, however everyone still tends to use my nickname so I answer to both.

-Personality-

I am not a super competitive person mainly because I never had a proper full team for any games I play so I prefer just taking it easy and enjoy my time. However there are still moments where I end up getting competitive at times due to the fact that I am passionate in everything that I do. I am resilient, hard working and loyal. I'm not one who gives up easily in anything, whether it's a game, job, relationship, etc..

I play games because I find it relaxing and get the chance to know people, make friends, talk, have a laugh and just be myself. I describe myself as a shy person at first, but once you get to know me, my loyal, funny, crazy side tend to come out, but everyone has their own opinion and deductions anyway so feel free to share your views. As long as it's stated in a positive manner, no matter what your deductions might be, it's always a cause to learn and improve. What I hate the most is lies. I do not believe in white lies or any kind of lies. From experience, they only create more problems and lack of trust.

-Hobbies-

Apart from playing games, my hobbies include travelling and writing.

Travelling;
So far I have only travelled alone since it's been hard to find anyone to travel with and since I used to have a dog, when my family travelled together I was left behind to take care of my dog. However I have had the opportunity to travel solo to several different and interesting locations so far which include California (US), UK (Warrington, Liverpool, Manchester, Birmingham & London), Belgium, Germany (Frankfurt), Italy (Turin, Naples & Bari), Australia (Perth). I have no intention of stopping with these countries/cities as I do enjoy the experience. I hope someday I will get the opportunity to travel with others as well.

Writing;
I really enjoy reading books, mostly adventure/action/romance related ones. I have what i consider a small library with all the books bought and collected all of which I have actually fully read. I noticed that when reading books, especially ones which I find the story super interesting, I get so invested in them that when the story ends, I end up getting frustrated and feel that sense of confusion as if something is missing. Which is what encouraged me to start writing. I noticed a lot of people experiencing the same feeling as myself so what I started doing was grabbing a story that I liked and just invented my own way of continuing to story after the author's ending. I started posting short stories every day which gathered a following at the time. started receiving lots of attention and was given several different other books to do the same. Due to University getting super hectic I had to stop as I couldn't keep up with everything. Since then I started planning on my own actual proper book and have managed to come up with the background and some other ideas. Either way it's still a work in progress and has been going slow due to work and other activities.

-Games-

I play all kind of random games from different genres. I believe that games are fun depending on who you are playing with. Solo games are relaxing and entertaining for a period of time but team/group games can be a hell of a funny ride if you hang out with the right people.

My favourite games are:

Call of Duty (has been my favourite since I was a child)
Final Fantasy XIV (will be restarting again soon)
Dead by Daylight (stopped for the time being as it's more fun with friends and none of mine are playing)
Age of Empires (the game that got me into playing to being with)
