Still full of bugs!

Hello,

I have been CSGO for over 2600 hours. But I got a message a few days ago that I'm banned from official servers for an infraction!! I've got this ban for no reason and this really makes me feel annoyed. Because I never cheated or anything. After I played some wing man and competitive matches about two weeks earlier, I noticed my trust factor got red and I wondered why! My friends recommended me to not play anymore on official servers and your trust factor would be fine. So I started playing Smite and other games on Steam. Then I noticed I’ve got banned for no reason. The only thing that could've caused me banned is the CFG that I downloaded from a streamer. But he’s been using it too and I am sure more than two thousand people tried it already and didn't get banned. I've seen many cheaters play this game and they never got a vac ban. Or maybe I use VPNs for some games because some of games are blocked in Iran.

I got falsely vac banned. I believe it was because my trust factor was in red all the time and I played literally against cheaters every single wingman and competitive matches but I just grinded through it hoping to get better trust factor it never came and they banned me for no reason at all. Worst part is when your closest friends didn’t believe you about being falsely vac banned :( Pls unban me.

Valve please unban me there must have been a mistake. I have been playing CSGO since 2017 on steam and I’m 31 and I have been playing video games since I was 5. Video games have been my only way of getting out this awful life. Don’t take it from me. Please unban me.
