Now here me out, this game does not at all deserve the "Mixed" rating. I played through the story it with my friend, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm not very good at long paragraphs so I'm gonna summarise a lot. Rather than focusing on the story, I'm gonna focus on the gameplay.

- This game is basically if Wolfenstein and Destiny 2 had a baby. And I think this is where a lot of the hate is coming from. This is a good game, but it's not a good "Wolfenstein" game. It's in that weird area like Resident Evil 5.
- This game is tough, and I mean it. Enemies hit hard, upgrades are slow, and you need a very competent teammate to have any chance of getting through it. system is brutal. And constant restarts are the norm. If you are not a patient person, please stay away from this game.
- The game has quite a short story, but there is a huge amount of side quests. However thankfully they feel fresh and are fun to play. I think you'll have a hell of a lot more fun, and get more value for money, if you do them as well as the main story.
- The game has some bugs, but what game doesn't? Compared to some AAA releases like Fallout 76, this game is smooth. Me and my friend ran into one game breaking bug where she couldn't revive me, and so we lost a lot of progress which was annoying. But all the other bugs have been just funny visual ones.

In summary, if you are patient and have a friend who is also willing to grind a Wolfenstein MMO with you, give it a shot. With the "buddy pass" your friend can play for free if you own the deluxe edition. I paid £7 for the deluxe edition, making this game cost about £3 for each of us. I would have happily paid £25 for this game.
If you are impatient, hate dying and bad checkpoints, or don't like teamwork online games, give this a miss.
