Super buggy, glitchy and incomplete game with questionable gameplay/design choices.

Also, as a quick rant: it's very frustrating to play as a mouse and keyboard player in this game, as it's very clear that controllers/consoles are being catered to. What with the insanely sticky "aim assist".

Watching kill cams in this game can often feel like I'm just watching a bot play with how quickly the crosshairs snap to players. I mean, I literally just got out of a game where the final kill was a guy shooting at a wall, with an an mp5, who then does an instant 180 (while still shooting at nothing), to then nail someone in the head across the map, behind him.

Long and short of my rant: the game needs to adjust how broken the current controller aim-assist is. Or, at the very least, they need to offer a filter to turn off being matched with controller players. Because good lordy is it annoying to be playing against what is essentially just an AI being clumsily controlled by a human.

On the positive side: the animations and sound design for weapons are top notch. I've spent a fair amount of time just sitting in the shooting range looking at all the cool animation details this game has.

Good stuff! Only a few hours in but this seems like a really solid port.

I never got the chance to play the original release on PS4, but was a big fan of God of War 1 and 2. My only complaint so far is the camera controls feel a bit wonky. But that might might be more user error due to me playing with a PS5 control when I'm a mouse and keyboard user these days.

Other than that, it runs smoothly and look great!

I really hope Sony continues this trend and keeps making great ports for more of their PlayStation exclusives.
