This is the game I turn to when I feel like I need humbling... Only 520 hours in and I think I'm probably only about 50% through witnessing all Spells/Perks/Enemies and I think even with 520 more hours that I'll probably still not discover all there is to find in this game... It truly is a masterpiece.

It's a very fun and addicting game, especially to play with a friend. I played it a long time ago, perhaps an early access version without any NPCs but now there's a whole story which I enjoyed coming back to to complete... Not much left to do post-game but it's still good fun :)

Better than the original in terms of how shooting feels and how the game looks, although the amount of hackers that play is mindblowing... It's likely there'll be a wall hacker or aim hacker in 'almost' every match... But if you have honest teams that kicks their hackers then the games can be real fun! :)

Simple, Straightforward, Chill... Could do with a bit of polish but one can't really complain considering it's only a few quid.

It's a great prologue and I can't wait for the next part :D - It's a shame the headcrabs have been made to look cute now because it feels bad shooting them... But that aside, it was a great nostalgic experience and although it's quite short, it's still worth anyone's time (fans of HL games that is) ☺

For a free rogue-like / rogue-lite? kinda game it's relatively challenging, really cute artistically and quite addicting in my opinion... I've only got 51 hours in so far and I've done the main bosses and stuff and just hunting for secrets now. Lots of potential game play hours left to do which I'll continue to keep enjoying!

A very fun and addicting creative game.

An issue I had with achievements though with some remaining locked and I'm sure I've already got them. I've completed the Tech Tree first, got a bunch of Colours & Definitely made a vehicle with a 2 speed gear box but the achievements say I haven't made a 2 speed car yet and it says I haven't picked up any colours... I got some greens, blues, a gold, purple and some transparent colours and none of them seem to have counted.

Aside from busted achievements which damages my OCD, and the occasional ridiculous physics breaking conservation of energy law the game is amazing... Reminds me of Lego Technics as a kid! :)

Edit: Since the latest update, the aforementioned locked achievements for the gear box has and missing colours have fixed themselves and now I have all 16/16 achievements! :D

The shooting is great although there's a few problems concerning balance, like shotguns being able to kill from across an entire map because they seemingly have no fall-off to the damage and other little bugs the developers haven't fixed... That being said, given the game is completely free one cannot really complain...
For what it is worth being free: it's an extremely good CoD remix (or ripoff).

One major drawback is the lack of any form of Anti-Cheat so all effort to try and obtain a reasonable highscore on leaderboards gets demolished by completely hacked scores... Which is obvious when the average high score is around 300k-400k and the guy at the top has 12 million score with 0 hour play time, 0 wins and a 0 K.D... It is pretty demoralising but the gun play is still awesome despite the occasional hacker.

The game is hands down a masterful remake of the original and with the new 'physics' system adds a whole new life to it... Although in one occasion my old method of sneaking food past paramites no longer works as the sprites used to not collide, whereas now I have meat bouncing off their heads which makes it really annoying to put the meat where I want it to be... But aside from that it's so incredibly fun and a blast of nostalgia. :D

It's a classic, and now Maxis are making so much money from Sims Expansions that the main game is now Completely Free! - How amazing is that! - Thanks Maxis!
