Base game, incredible plot, striking graphics and intense gameplay at higher difficulties.

DLC: Adds some character elements and improves overall gameplay experience.

20 Year Anniversary Pack: not worth the 10 dollars if you don't have the season pass. I was underwhelmed by the Blood Ties addition. While a welcome addition, and possible used to set up future plot in the series, it was entirely too short and seemingly pointless as a DLC. It would have been better to use something like this in a bit more detail as a playable trailer for a future title. Kind of like how Ground Zeroes is the playable trailer platform for Phantom Pain, yet still holds it's own as a standalone title in terms of gameplay.

All that said, it's a fine addition to the TR series, and I hope future titles build upon the lush narrative provided here.
