The new Mini-royale game mode does not use any form of matchmaking so you will get paired with top ranking players, as well as cheaters. People who are on the top of the leaderboards should not be playing (slaughtering) with lower ranked players. This style of matchmaking (or lack thereof) makes for games where you just die out of the blue almost every game.

I like to call this gamemode: Looting simulator... A mode where you collect weapons and ammo for the better players!
