''4. Third-party intellectual property, software and tools

The Multimedia Program may contain elements licensed to Focus Entertainment by third parties. As such, the latter may take all measures to assert their rights in the event of a violation, on your part, of this Licence Agreement.

As such, third-party software and tools (the "Third-Party Software") have been used in particular for the development of the Multimedia Program and/or are likely to be integrated, as an inseparable element, into the Multimedia Program. Third-Party Software may also be made available to you to enable you to create User-Generated Content (see Article 11).

All rights to the Third-Party Software are reserved and remain the full property of the relevant third parties.

Nothing in this licence has the purpose or effect of transferring to you, in any way whatsoever, the ownership of such Third-Party Software or of granting you any right or authorisation over such Third-Party Software.

Third-Party Software may be subject to specific additional conditions specific to them. This applies in particular to the Unreal® Engine developed by Epic Games, Inc., the conditions of use of which can be consulted at the following link https://unrealengine.com/fr/eula-reference/unreal-fr and according to the conditions of the Epic Marketplace (https://www.epicgames.com/site/en-US/tos?lang=en-US). By accepting this Licence Agreement, you accept the specific terms and conditions of all Third-Party Software. In the event of inconsistency or contradiction between the provisions relating to a Third-Party Software contained in the terms of this Licence Agreement and in the specific terms and conditions of said Third-Party Software, the specific provisions of the latter shall prevail over that of this Licence Agreement with regard to the aforementioned Third-Party Software.

Third-Party Software is not sold to you or provided with the Multimedia Program and is only an inseparable component thereof. No guarantee is given in relation to the Third-Party Software and no responsibility can be held in this respect.''

Everyone's experience is lag and stuttering.

Mine is a bit different. I'm not running the best pc out there yet I'm playing this game with some stuttering (every 10mins and it's nothing that special) and no lag. Settings are High and some on medium. Can't complain about the shape of the game.

It's a shame people can't enjoy this but meaby they will fix those issues.

Summing it up: I can play this and enjoy, others can't.

Modern WW2. Who actually hired all those idiots to create a new Call of Duty?

Biggest war thunder problems are players in top tier are as bad as players who first start the game. There should be a way to remove this. Something like ranked matchmaking. I love this game but brainless people make it so bad it's almost unplayable.
