HSHS is a good game that has potential and a dev team who seems to be trying to fulfil it. At the moment there are a few snags around each killer and around survivors.

- Belle has zero swipe to her attacks, this makes hitting a survivor that does a 180 on you quite difficult, and indeed you can be circled a ton before you managed to land a hit. This isn't skill on the survivors side or lack of skill on the Belle's, it's simply a game of chance.

- Getting a hit with Prisoner is near impossible if the survivor knows how to play against him and there is even a place in the swamp that's an exploit, you cannot hit the survivors as him with neither your attack nor your hook forcing you to drop them completely.

- Survivors currently have the edge on killers if they know what they're doing and/or are premade. There are a few loops on each map that are completely hectic for the Killers, on the Swamp it's the double jar into ledge drop, on the hospital it's upstairs vents into floor drops. While not a game ender when done normally and against a knowledgeable killer, with slight support from your teammates via items these loops can be literally impossible to manage causing you to lose the game completely.

- A separate but related point, Yuri is the strongest survivor as her flashbang straight up puts you out of commission for around 3 seconds straight while denying you information. During these loops this can change the outcome completely.

- Health items for Survivors range wildly with rng, they either get completely boned spending most the game searching for some or be up to their eyeballs with them. This is a bad design. Perhaps the map should always spawn two at the beginning and allow survivors to search one designated heal chest to get additional ones that's on a two to three minute timer?

All in all, a slight change to those two killer's basic attacks, a slight nerf to infinity loops/Yuri, and a redesign of how Survivors get healing items, and the game will be in a great place. All they need then is to add more maps, killers, and survivors, which they already plan on doing.

If you like ghosts and like the game of Clue, this is a game for you. Go through figuring out what is and isn't part of the Ghost's repertoire and once you have em you have your Haunter.

Northgard is a game that forces Players to balance resource gathering and spending with the needs of their villagers and territory at large while also keeping in mind the time of year it is, for if Winter comes while your food and wood are low you'll be in for a rough few months. In terms of combat things are simple yet difficult, while the variety of units is not that great (only three, five if you count your leader unit and a Bláinn unit) losing even one unit is quite a blow to your forces and it takes time for another villager to be born to replace the unit you've lost. The exploration of a map is quite appealing, sending scouts to discover a tile while hoping it to contain useful resources, or simply revealing it to be able to see incoming threats and what your opponents are up to. There's a lot to this game I simply won't go into but it's a very simple yet complex game that is quite engaging in its presentation.

Overall there isn't much about the game that is disagreeable and the things that are get addressed by the devs in a timely enough fashion. Going forward, so long as the Devs listen to the community and continue with their updates, I believe Northgard can become even more of a land for us all to roam free and wild in like the clans that inhabit it.

Having experience in other Moba's (LoL, HoN, HotS, and the original Dota), and having given Dota 2 a decent shot in learning its mechanics, I will go ahead and say that the game is in many ways broken. To list a few;

- When being killed you lose gold to your enemy, creating a power vacuum between two players that is extremely hard to recover from.

- Some heroes are completely unviable compared to others that are simply broken.

- The ranges of heroes vary from close quarters to extreme distance, making certain heroes without range nor mobility moves struggle heavily early game.

- Every item seems to have an active which makes keeping track of all your 'moves' a chore, more often than not having to juggle an entire second set of moves. Thankfully almost every Hero has a passive ability.. however this ultimately takes away from the uniqueness of a Hero.

- The delay between clicking and the Hero using their auto-attacks when starting the game is quite massive, along with how they seemingly glue themselves to the floor while doing it. This can apply to moves as well.

- Warding seems to be very static and uncreative.

- Having to buy an item that allows you to go back to base or into lane is a poor idea when you consider the first point (death causing loss of gold), on top of the fact that it takes a slot in your inventory.

There are many more issues that I had with the game but these were the main ones that drove me away. Ultimately, teamfights felt detached, farming was bland, the UI hurt my head with all the clutter, and the community was inhospitable at best. I advise anyone looking for a balanced, fun, or fair Moba to stay far away from Dota 2.

My lord the most fun you can ever have with a 10 dollar game. Worth at least 50 dollars.
