Seal The Deal is kind of meh as a DLC. I mean, I like it, and the effort put in feels just like the main game, but then it just isn't fun.

Chapter 6 (as adorable as it is) can literally be described as "Pizza Time". The entire chapter hinges exclusively on a delivery mechanic and offers nothing else of note in terms of gameplay. On top of that it's literally 3 acts long. You're done before you know it. While it's advertised to be the meat of the DLC, it just isn't.

That leaves us with Death Wish. It's shown off as a series of harder versions of the base game missions, with bonus objectives. The problem here is, they also nerf a lot of things without telling you, especially anything time-stop related. The Fast Hatter badge goes from having cooldowns to just taking 1 second off them (with no mention of the change), and time stop functions on VERY few of the many timers the different missions have.
On top of that, most of the missions are completely arbitrary things that are more obnoxious and annoying, and usually aren't actually challenging. For example, one mission requires you to collect 100 pons. However, you rapidly lose pons at a rate of 1 per second, and the bonus objectives require you to pick up a total of under 200 pons and/or not break any containers, and the pons are incredibly sparse. A lot of the bonuses also involve wearing the one-hit-hero badge, too. Even worse, many of the missions give you a limit of 3 lives, after which you are locked out of the mission for anywhere from 2 to 10 minutes. It has quite literally no point other than to piss you off.
Lastly, some of the missions allow you to activate an easy mode after failing enough times (labelled as "Peace & Tranquility"). However, anyone with an ounce of self-respect (if that's the right word) won't let themselves get insulted by the game taking pity on them (no matter how hard it tries to look like it isn't), at least until they realize that the mission is already more ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ than it is actually hard.

Overall, it's an okay DLC and I can see the effort, but it's just not fun at all. Hopefully with some more updates it's gonna get better, but as it is now, it's kind of just a "picm it up, try it, get mad and then play something else because there's nothing else of note" kind of deal.

EDIT: A few updates later, Death Wish has been toned down a bit (only like 2 missions have lives now, and P&T gives you all the bonuses, though I personally think that's a bit too much), but it's generally unchanged. All in all, it's actually doable in easy mode now, but hard mode is still a bit too obnoxious.

It's a fantastic game, but it's a pretty bad PC port. That said, if your PC is beefy enough for it to run effectively, the game will easily last you hundreds of hours, probably even thousands.

Capcom's working to fix the various issues (both in terms of optimization and disconnects), but until then, it's rather hard to play multiplayer, either due to not being able to connect to other players in the first place, or getting disconnected halfway through a hunt and being forced to deal with a scaled up monster alone.

Also of note is a "bug" where the final credits cutscene can corrupt your save file. This is false, and is actually just the game crashing due to your computer not having the proper codec to run the video. As it's usually installed with windows (but not Windows N versions), it doesn't affect most people, but for those that are affected, you can simply find the proper codec online and download it, and you'll be able to continue as normal.

Overall, the game's a gargantuan diamond that's somehow covered in some rust. Once it gets polished, it's going to pretty much take over your free time. In a good way, not "you gotta grind for 4 weeks to make any progress at all".

Liked the beta, was a good bit of fun with the MGSV style, played the full game, feels like a mix of Silent Hill and MGSV.

That said, it's not without it's issues. Hunger and thirst go down annoyingly fast, and the AI companion you have CONSTANTLY reminds you whenever any of your 5 bars (including stamina) go under 50%. Which is all the time.

It may seem bland at first, but the game really picks up later on, and expands dramatically after the story.

Put on a necklace without identifying it first, cursed necklace of strangulation.

Teammate laughs at me choking to death and then eats a boulder in the teeth.

Good times.

A really great game by a really great developer, denied it's completion by a retarded company who wants to make pachinko machines.

Can't recommend because microtransactions.

Game's great, but if you think you get all the DLC with GOTY edition, you're wrong.

Ultimate Vault Hunter Pack 2 is a necessity for endgame, and you still need to pay an extra $5 for it.

You like sneaking up on dinosaurs before hunting them? Look somewhere else.

Carnivores is a fine game, but it hasn't been patched since June 2015, and has a meager 6 dinosaurs to hunt, and 4 guns to hunt with.

The mechanics are all there, but there's no substance, and no hope of any substance, so I can't recommend it.

Early Access Review
I've died at least 10 times to spikes and boulders. I love every second of getting smashed.

Game's hard as ♥♥♥♥. It's enjoyable, though, and feels surprisingly like STALKER. Lots of looting, lots of avoiding getting blasted. Also, slam the hell out of things with your airship, repairing is free and you'll need it. Story's neat too, but i'm sure you can find out about that yourself (so quit being lazy and look around.)
