As of 8/7/2025, the game runs. There are currently alot of graphical issues and the voice acting feels worse than the version on the Dreamcast. The devs have a whole lot on their plate that they need to fix but idea by the end of the week it should be a great playable state instead of the playable state it is now. Will ideally change my review when it gets some needed updates.

I was able to play the game up to the ambulance tooth surgery thing and was not able to get passed it due to not being able to pick up the teeth. Wouldn't recommend because I doubt they will fix it BUT IF THEY DO I would recommend it

Very great game but for some reason, the multi player mode will not load anything

Good game but every time I shut down my computer, it deletes the game
