This is the best game I have played in a long time. The cinematics and storytelling is truly amazing. Anybody who is refusing to play the game because the frames are capped at 30 don't deserve to experience what Hangar 13 has to offer in this installment of the mafia series. From what I have played so far, I have experienced zero bugs or glitches and I have enjoyed every minute of it. If you are seriously butthurt about the fps then go ahead and refund it, or you could grow a ♥♥♥♥ and actually enjoy the game. Either way the developers have already created a patch for the frames and several other bugs within 24 hours of the release. I wholeheartedly recommend this game to anybody who wants an amazing experience without ranting about the tiniest of problems.

P.S. This is my first review, I only made it because my decision to play this game or not was influenced by reading the discussion boards and negative reviews. I am never going to listen to those stupid people again. Unless it is like No Man's Sky, ♥♥♥♥ that game.
