No problem. Oh, if you have a G-Sync Monitor or other adaptive sync that's compatible with 1070, you should disable V-Sync because I think that messes with that some. Otherwise I hope you figure out the issue.

Next best advice is to try borderless window or check programs running in the background, make sure they aren't being obnoxious. Otherwise I'm not certain why it's misbehaving, sorry.
