This is basically to combat the random Chinese and Russian review bombers.

Game is now what it should've been at launch, the kind of buggy but still playable and ready for proper DLC to be added, so it's good.
The story was always good, hopefully they'll tie up the ending in one of the DLCs and make it actually happy. Then it will finally be a great and worth it game.
As it is now I'd say it's worth it to buy and treat like it just launched, but don't forget that CDPR very well tried to f*ck us over with the original launch.
