For a free game, this is amazing. Does not push microtransactions from what I can tell so far and is great fun to play.

I do not usually write reviews, and I do not usually play games like Baldur's Gate 3. I have not played 1 nor 2.

That should tell you how much I love this game, that I am both still playing it 28hrs in and that I have taken the time to write a review.

It is not perfect, the turn based system is annoyingly slow at times, inventory management is a PITA, but the issues are SMALL - the game is MASSIVE. It's truly awe-inspiring that they have managed to add in this level of detail and produce the code for such a thing, it's beautiful both in graphics and in writing. You truly care about the characters and what you are doing in the game, you sometimes think about it even when you are not playing it !

It's simply great, and well worth the money.

Also - in a time where games are released basically unfinished, and unplayable, the game works well out of the box and appears to be actually finished!

Highly recommend, 11/10.

This game is very basic, make no mistake.

But it is also one of the most addictive things I have ever come across.

It is also very short - but it is from an indie developer so that's not unexpected or problematic.

10/10 - Amazing, kept me hooked from the first minute to the last one.

Have not survived more than 3 days on any one character.

But I can find my old character as a zombie and kill myself to get my loot back!

But I keep getting mobbed at random.

This is a great survival game, punishing and yet addictive.

If you are a fan of hardcore old-school RPGs that make you figure out life for yourself and is not afraid to destroy you at random, this is for you.
If you get annoyed at things being unfair - don't get it.

Spent 30 minutes going through all the stuff in the starter house and loading up my car for the "perfect setup".
Heard unholy screech behind me and needed new underwear.
Turned around and saw some GD giant rabbit glitch through the wall of the house and kill me.

Restarted.
Did it all again.
Started driving.
Half my stuff disappeared during driving by glitching through the car.
Cried.
Found a gas station. No gas in gas container, but was full of blood. Took anyway.
Drove more, spun out - all my stuff thrown from car.
10 mins picking what I could find up.
Found a random building off the road in the middle of the desert. Drove to it.
Found bus.
Have been driving that bus for 10hrs, even though nothing new has happened and I get really excited whenever there is a building.

Realised I should have been writing my dissertation for the entire time that I have been playing.

I genuinely do not know why I love this game so much, but I do. I cannot stop driving.

11/10 - would spin out and die to rabbit glitches again.

Simple, yet addictive.
Got bored of WoW, guild decided to try this game out.
Got to be the killer.
Chased everyone around while cackling madly.
Murdered everyone, got yelled at.
11/10, would savage again.

Do not buy this horrible game.
It lags to hell, and the one time you can get in a game, some sad a-hole that does nothing but play this in their sad existence spams you through a wall.
There is no point to this broken, unbalanced pile of rubbish.
DO. NOT. BUY. THIS.
To add insult to injury, they also have implemented the "PASS" system that you have to pay for in addition to the cost of the game.
This game, and this company, are the reason that gaming is dying.

Running around.
Saw Vendetta Mission saying my flatmate had been killed by this Captain.
Started Mission.
Found within 5 seconds.
Ran to him and sliced his face off in another 10 seconds.
Steam sent Notification to flatmate.
Self-Satisfied gloating for years to come.

10/10 - would gloat again.

This is a great game.

A great game that is completely and utterly destroyed by bugs, connection issues, massive amounts of hackers and persistent crashes.

Rockstar support were no use whatsoever.

DO NOT BUY THIS ON PC. If you must get it, buy it for Xbone or PS4.
