Great game held back by a bug that makes the game unplayable half of the time.

Mouse inputs sometimes just do not work. You can have full stamina, no ailments, and no exhaustion - and clicking either m1 or m2 will just leave you standing there doing nothing.

If it weren't for the fact that mouse inputs just so happen to be your main attacks in the game, I'd give this game a 9.5/10. I can't recommend a game that causes you to die to bosses because inputs are glitched.

pros:
- Pretty colors, oooh ahhhh
- Tracking leads are pretty fun.
- Game feels polished, only the combat feels slightly clunky. But pretty good overall.
- Crafting and bartering systems are pretty neat. No stealing mechanic in the game but that's okay. Im a good boy.
- Robots are cool as hell.
- Bri ish

cons:
- Side Quests and exploration are next to useless. You can just get all the loot and items you need by sticking to the main quest(s).
- Nothing unique to go and explore for. All the guns in the game can just be dropped by common soldiers and outlaws. Not a single unique weapon at the bottom of a challenging bunker or cave or side quest reward.
- Anything that you *think* is unique can actually be found in 8 different spots around the games map. Going all the way down in a cave to get a recipe for an item is redundant when you can just go grab that same recipe off of a random tree in the woods.
- Endings are kinda stinky smelly. BOOOOOOORING
- No fast travel, oh boy I love immersion that makes a game worse.
- 12 inventory slots. No backpacks. Oh boy I love immersion that makes a game worse.
- No stealth in this game mister. 99% of enemies are in little sausagefest circles, and for the enemies that are are *somewhat* away from everyone else, they'll still end up alerting everyone around the area when you go for a stealth kill. Enemies can see you from 3 miles away on normal mode.
-Enemies shoot you with what seems to be a sniper rifle from 3 miles away with 90% accuracy, you kill them and get their loot only to realize they were shooting you with a shotgun.

My main gripe with the game is that it's like, a 3 hour long game if you just stick to the main quest, which is easy to do. You caaaan spend 20+ hours like I did doing side quests and exploring, but the game just doesn't give you any incentive to. You don't get anything by doing side quests worth your time because there is no unique items or loot in this BRI ISH game. I slowly started to realize that all I was getting out of these side quests and explorations were healing items, grenades, and bullets that I would use up anyway just to complete the side quest. Repeated cycle of wasting my time. You do get a ton of lore drops throughout these side quests and explorations - but the story overall is.... it's bri ish. That's the best I can give it.

I will press the recommend button because I like the color blue more than red. Honestly, if they added unique items and weapons in hard-to-reach areas of the map to encourage exploration and questing, the game would be much better in my eyes. I'm talking special weapons, throwables, maybe a backpack, a fast-travel device, allat good tasty stuff.

There are definitely stars. And there are definitely fields.

Great game. Have about 400 hours on my old xbox 360. Can't wait for Borderlands 3!
