This game sucks for for older and newer player. If you're a new player, please don't play this game. Trust me, it's not worth queuing casual for a normal match because the odds of that are 1:10.

EDIT 6/1/25: That was to gain Valve's attention for the #FixTF2 Movement, which was successful. The game is perfect and welcoming for new players (F2Ps can now chat!)
