This review is for those who want to play tanks.

ITS GOOD AGAIN BAYBEE

Addictive and painful. With the promise of being free to play but not to progress.

Where players who don't have premiums are constantly low on silver lions (games currency) and research points (what lets you progress in the tech tree). A game that rewards lazy and unfair tactics such as dropping bombs in spawn instantly killing you and punishing you by making you pay for the repair cost of your tank in the games dwindling economy and often nerfed reward system. Or gluing foliage to your tank spanning from every corner and climate of the world (only yours for a couple euros)

Gaijin as a company has proved they put monetary greed over balancing with battle pass vehicles out performing others and then later having their battle rating increased when sales have gone down.
In the balancing department things still aren't looking good because you will find yourself 5 times out of 6 fighting an enemy that is a BR higher than you, This is known as being uptiered and is a word you will say in the beginning of nearly all matches.

So here we have a game that rewards unfair gameplay where majority of deaths are to things you had no way of fighting against. A game that actively makes progress harder and harder, and a player base that cant go 20 seconds without saying a slur. Then why do people play this game?

Because on a really good day where those things above don't happen as much this game has one of the if not the best and unique gameplay a tank game can have. There is currently no game that offers the type of gameplay like War Thunder does. And if you are a fan of tanks this is really the only option.

If you are a fan of tanks and want to play this game make sure to bring friends that you can squad up with, because when playing together you can have one of the best tanking experiences out there. But if you dont have that then I can't recommend this game.
