Update after more than 3 exciting hours : Must Have! 9/10
I can fully recommend to buy it.

It is an absolute blast to play, you need to focus on the map/objectives while using the motion detector.
There is a gradual building action and the Aliens are FAST !! so keep moving to reach some secure rooms that you will be able to save:

The atmosphere of the game and the visuals are AMAZING, and there are some nasty situations and surprises awaiting you, this great action horror FPS !!!

- Game was updated and fixed some performance impact on Virtual Desktop as I suspected. Make sure that in the "Virtual Desktop Streamer" app in your pc, set the OPENXR Runtime to "VDXR". This helps a lot in performance and buttons.

Fixed Virtual Desktop VDXR from no longer breaking head tracking. The user's view will no longer experience unplayable judder when using VDXR as the OpenXR Runtime option in the Virtual Desktop Streamer App.
Note: We recommend you set VDXR as the OpenXR Runtime in your Virtual Desktop Streamer option so that the game can respond to the menu button to pause.

- They announced a second part, but some people thought this in a negative way because they named this one Part one but Devs explained this as well:

To our valued community,

We have recently received a lot of feedback about the inclusion of “Part One” in Alien: Rogue Incursion’s opening moments, within the achievement/trophy list, and store pages.

Never did we intend to mislead or cause confusion about what this game is, and we now understand how the addition of “Part One” could be interpreted.

Part One is a standalone adventure which ends with a cliffhanger, and we wanted fans to know that there would be more on the horizon, so we decided to confirm Part Two alongside the launch. The entire team at Survios are fans of the Alien universe, and cannot wait to tell more stories about Zula, Davis, and others.

While we have nothing to announce about Part Two, beyond that it is actively in development, we promise to share more exciting updates at a later date.

We appreciate the excitement and passion you have shown towards Alien: Rogue Incursion, and hope that you enjoy exploring Purdan and Castor’s Cradle as much as we enjoyed creating it.

First review and Gameplay Video.
I barely started it, will update this after playing more.

There seems to be a performance impact but I´m not entirely sure because also the game looks amazing.
Maybe Virtual Desktop is having an issue in combination with this game.

It is the first day released, so I guess the game can be polished even more,
and Devs already launched an update by now.

beyond that:
I got nasty scared 3 times.
Like I dropped everything and started panic shooting 50 rounds at once :steamfacepalm:

Early review after my 2 initial sessions: LOVE IT!!

Combat is so much fun... Blade & Sorcery has more depth but this one feels more responsive and easy to do complex interactions like the blade throws, the parry system (just turn your controls while blocking), grappling, etc.
The bow/arrow is not that relevant so far (and I love good Bow gameplay).

Besides the core combat fun, the entire game provides a more cinematic and narrative blended gameplay.

Special mention to the Devs for truly understanding the AWE moments of massive scale situations, because only with VR you can enjoy a game in real life-size scale. You will walk on edges above massive heights, watch beatiful distant scenarios, encounter that massive BEHEMOT O_o !!!!!

Initial levels and loving it so much... will expand the review later, I recorded some gameplay already and I can fully recommend it.

No issues at all...
Peformance is great with I7+RTX3080+16GB on Quest 2 PCVR (Virtual Desktop)

The first recorded gameplay was stopped at a moment that I got surprised/scared and walked back to hit a wireless keyboard over the couch that fell on the floor (works 100%)
Not kidding ... the game plays great !!

Ufff amazing experience...
I just started and will give a more detailed review later, but Vertigo is nailing it one more time and raising the gaming bar on Virtual Reality.

Great narrative, serious immersion you will build up tension with some claustrophobic passages with a bad feeling of an attack incoming, Inventory feels great, raised the quality options to max and it looks fantastic.
Good horror so far, most narrative at the beginning only with the tutorial start, there is a warning for arachnophobia as well but you can choose another option... not in my case, and I had a "little" surprise so far .... hahahha

I think I will enjoy this game, I want better weapons because so far the shooting feels good...

Strongly Recommended, quality VR gaming and no issues at all from my very 2 initial sessions playing it.

Will definitely record some gameplay to share with the next update on the review because it is slowly becoming a great Horror FPS in VR.

Quick update with gameplay video.
It is becoming freaking intense with hardcore difficulty:

Early Access Review
I can check later to see if it was improved but so far the gameplay for me it is bad as a result of mixed things.
- Controls cannot be fully remapped. I tried using a gamepad but I´m being forced to drive and accelerate with the same left stick and this is a mess. Also the camera is not fixed if you turn with your car you need to turn the camera and the gameplay is chaotic so you are constantly fighting with the controls and camera during the worst moments.
- The gameplay is not a "race with weapons" instead both teams race (a few seconds) to a capture point.
The capture point is chaos of multiplayers running around and constantly killing themselves... you can manage to kill some and die.. spawn, drive a couple of seconds, kill something before dying.
Then another capture spot and repeat. The last one when completed everyone runs to the finish but everything feels so random.
I would have preferred a good RACE WITH WEAPONS as GRIP (same team of devs).

- The resulting gameplay is a place (capture point) where you randomly shoot any target while you are being shoot randomly, sometimes they blow up before you, sometimes you blow up... it only lasts a few seconds... sometimes you can run away and come back but that´s the gameplay. After playing less than 2 hours it gets boring really fast and all this with annoying controls.
- The game is unbalanced, but this is not so bad because this is early access and this can be polished over time.
But so far, forget if you are starting to hit many things before dying fast.
- The game uses some "funny" orc language for everything. As an international player you may not understand many important things as the upgrades and parts for the cars... because there are no details and only explanations with ork language (??)

The good:
- The game seems to be NOT PAY TO WIN. You can pay to progress faster but you can progress for free.
You can later pay for cosmetics as devs explained.
However buying cosmetics as a result of the chaotic gameplay for me is a massive letdown because the cosmetics are not visible in the middle of the chaos of multiple shoots from anywhere. Nobody sees anything you barely see something to shoot for a couple of secs and while you are doing it, others shoot you.

Early Access Review
Warning !!
The game installs an invasive software called ACE, that gets installed without your knowledge and it is NOT removed once you uninstall the game.

It has permissions given in the name of "anti-cheat" but it is being reported online as it stays in your pc system drive different locations, and has issue uninstalling it and I´m right now in that situation.

Opened a support case with steam complaining that this was not mentioned, also the software doesn´t installs in the same game location, but in your system drive and that is why it stays even after uninstalling the game...

For any current player or that has uninstalled the game check this:
More details about the anticheat:

Important: The user-mode service is not running when you're not running the game. My report here is about the uninstall procedure. There is currently no indication that there's anything even remotely fishy going on when compared to other AC solutions like BattleEye and EAC. So please, don't go spreading FUD about this anti-cheat solution. The developers have been very communicative and helpful with me to get this issue resolved.

--------------------
Details about what is installed from a Reddit post that I verified the files already:

The anticheat (developed by AntiCheatExpert), installs 3 windows services:

"AntiCheatExpert Service": user-mode, controlled by SvGuard64.exe. This is the service the game interacts with, and the only one you'll see listed in the services overview (services.msc)

"ACE-BASE": kernel-mode, loads sys driver

"ACE-GAME": kernel-mode, loads sys driver

It also puts files in the following places:

Program Files/AntiCheatExpert (main files, service exe)

Programdata/AntiCheatExpert (a single *.dat file)

Windows/System32/drivers: ACE-BASE.sys and ACE-GAME.sys. This is (imho) a bit of bad practice, but a lot of other tools (HwInfo, Process Explorer, ...) put their kernel mode drivers here as well. It makes sure they can be loaded without any permission issues.

----------------

I recommend that if this is a real Anti-cheat then the game needs to be 100% clear to the players and refer to it in the main store description and allow the user to get informed about what the software can do and cannot, and keep the software in the location of the game, and allow to be removed SAFELY at any time.

I do not want STEAM to become the door to other software installations, that were not mentioned and it stays after uninstalling the game.

Initial impressions.
Bought the game because I saw their new trailer where DEVs explain that they FIXED the game and improved it:
https://youtu.be/YpN9a21QwDA?si=zw449UliKkvz0UKM

So I started to play the game and I have to say that it looks so good in VR and NO ISSUES so far.

From starters some intro moments completely sorrounded by epic locations!! they look astonishing in Virtual Reality.
O_o !!

Also some key moments, during the FPS action, are all full of "wooooW!!" situations.

The gameplay so far feels very straightforward arcade action from retro era of consoles.
I will need to keep playing it to expand the review.

The only thing to mention is that a few enemies feel "spongy" as they do not die on 5-6 shots ...
They do some hurt animation during the hits, so you keep shooting and at some point... they die
Soooo it feels weird in those moments.

I selected hard difficulty, not sure if it is because of that.

Beyond that the game looks so good and it feels very easy to play and aim, and it looks incredible!
The whiplash is fun and I selected to aim with my hand , so I can pull enemies out of cover.

The landscapes and environments are amazing to see in VR.
I wish to see more games re-released in VR, specially good FPS to enjoy with VR Controls.

About to refund it. This is not UNRECORD.
This seems like similar assets put together.

The game is completely unplayable for me, I get 60 fps but the controls lag sooooooo much and has heavy drops not sure why (I7+RTX3080), maybe the servers are lagging for my region, maybe the Early Access quality is really low even showcasing good visuals the rest is barebones bad.
Also I tried UEVR to enjoy it on VR, and it instantly crashes for me, even with the profile

I´m not sure about the Body Scam comments but I understand them now after playing it.
I think I would refund it and time will tell if this is good to test again over some time later, and in the meantime I will check UNRECORD that I think is the real deal... so far.

So I hope to be wrong on this game but so far doesn´t inspire me to support it, I did supported many Early Access games before on day 1 one but this one looks weird in a bad way :(

Refunding the game because the view of the tables is not allowing me to play them.

Basically there is a massive black desktop that covers almost all screen, with the table using a small space of it.
The Dot Matrix Display is placed in a weird position and is smaaaaaaaall.

Love Pinball games, but sadly this one is unplayable for me.

I´m allowing comments to see if there is a fix, and someone comment it, or if a fix appears over time to give the game another chance and a DEV replies :)

Horror games in VR can bring very intense experiences.
And Madison VR so far, totally fits a cardiac horror adventure.

I´m starting it and it looks incredible with good ideas.
I will update further with more details later, but initial impressions are true tension & horror gaming.
-----
UPDATE... the game is indeed so good and frightening.

I can confirm to fully recommend it.

I even recorded a small clip, so you can see how it works in VR, and how you will think about buying adult diapers :
