Proper sleep is very important to memory and attention span, I recommend using a program like f.lux to regulate the amount of blue light that comes from your screen at night, since that affects your sleep cycle (makes you not feel sleepy when you should be). Also, replace blue/white lightbulbs with yellow ones in your bedroom and bathroom, studies have shown that even a fraction of a second of exposure to blue light can mess with your sleep cycle.

Most people understand that music directly affects their mood, but they'll listen to sad piano, Gorillaz and deathmetal all day every day. Maybe try to listen to happy music instead?
