How do I post a comment on Steam?

Kinda giving you credit for the Mod you made on Necrodancer, just mashed 2 mods up in to one new mod!

I had a question involving the necrodancer ori mod.
since it doesnt work for the amplified version of the game I wanted to work on that.
I'm working with a bunsh of other people on it and we want to change multiple characters and some other stuff too.
My question is: are we allowed to use the content in your mod to transfer it to the amplified version and reworking it a bit? Ofcourse you will recieve credit for the work you did in the mod page beceaus thats fair.
