This is a stealth game and yet there is no option to "restart mission" when you get detected? ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. I don't know any other game in the world (especially a stealth game) that does not have that option. That alone makes this game so hard to play. The game is extremely fun in every other aspect (huge map, runs okay, decent graphics, decent mechanics), and the stealth is really well done. But as soon as I'm detected then it gets boring and you just have to run in and die so that you can restart the mission. This is extremely time consuming because you have to die, wait for the AI to revive you, then run in and die again just to restart the mission. And on top of that you spawn so far away from the mission zone that it's a pain in the ass to get back.

This game is a lot of fun, but you have to have A LOT of patience. Definitely worth the $60. Sure the game has a more loose campaign, but it's still the most money for story that I have ever gotten from a game. A solid 8/10

Optimization is terrible as expected. If you have a good computer I would recommend this game.
The gameplay is awesome, the map is HUGE and very detailed, and the game is super long, if you include all the side quests. The thing I don't like is that you only have to defeat two other cartel members in order to take down El Sueno. I think to make the story a bit longer and tougher you should have to take down at least half.

Soldier Front 2 remake??! For being free its actually really fun. Sure there are a fair amount of cheaters and the hit boxes and hit registration is ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but if you don't have money to spend its worth the time.

Love this game

To start off, this game does have optimization issues. I interpret Ubisoft's minimum and recommended specs very differently. The minimum system requirements should probably be the recommended requirements or at the very least somewhere in-between.

The optimization issues is the main issue that I have. There are two things you must look out for; driving fast (you lose FPS), and lots of police lights. The police lights will reduce your frames by at least 5 fps (depending on your hardware).

The second thing that I want to complain about is the Realistic difficulty. I know it's supposed to be extremely difficult, but you should NOT name it realistic if it's not realistic. It's absurd just how hard it is to do stealth missions. You can't kill the armored guys with the silenced pistol, which means you have to run in and melee them. How are you supposed to do that when the other armored guys will spot you and call for backup? It takes at least 10 shots with an AR (to the head) to kill the armored enemies. I would love for the realism to be patched up a bit. Maybe make it so that when you haven't been detected any enemy is one shot to the head with a pistol?

Anyways, enough with the cons. The game runs well, loads super fast, and looks amazing. They made an almost perfect replica of San Fransisco and the story line is good. Most people hated the first Watch Dogs, I actually enjoyed it and I think it was a necessary stepping stone for the almost perfect Watch Dogs 2. If you love hacking, shooting and driving fast, this game is perfect. This game is like GTA, any by far my favorite game of all time.

I wanted to love it. I really did. But, Ubisoft forced me to only like it. I enjoyed the game but I couldn't move past a lot of small, easy to fix issues. My biggest complaint is the mechanics of Aiden Pearce. He doesn't move fluidly, and the game camera gets screwed up a lot, especially when you are driving. I noticed (from years of experience playing racing-type games), that when you turn a corner the game will keep the camera auto-centered. Watch Dogs does not do that. Instead the camera stays towards the way that you are looking and you have to turn your mouse. This can be quite frustrating, especially in the missions where you have to take down an enemy convoy or an enemy that is fleeing.

I started this review off negative, but everything about this game isn't bad. I love the idea of the game, very original in my opinion. Ubisoft generally excels when it comes to original ideas, and graphics, but one thing I have noticed (that is a flaw) throughout all of their games that I have played; are the sketchy mechanics. Don't get me wrong, the graphics in Watch Dogs are really good, but I think that they overdid them a little bit. I think they either needed to spend less time on the graphics or spend more time all-together on the game.

Another thing I enjoyed about the game is the story. Most of the reviews I have read rage hatred towards the developers for a bad storyline and that the graphics are too demanding and don't run very well. My response to that is; get a better PC (its 2016 for ♥♥♥♥♥ sake). I personally thought that the story was good. It was not what I expected, generally a hacker does not have a family or as close of ties to one as Pearce does. However, I do think that using his family for blackmail was a good idea for a storyline. I thought that they did a good job of extending the story that way, they didn't seem to struggle putting a long campaign in the game, the story actually felt well thought out and flowed really well.

There is a lot more I could say about this game, especially all the things that I would love to see added. However, I am not 100% done with the game yet, so I can't say too much more.

To sum up, if Watch Dogs is this good (in my OWN opinion), and the developers are taking the communities negative feedback as seriously as they say they are. Than Watch Dogs 2 should be a lot more enjoyable game.

If you're here reading this review because you want to know if this (soon-to-be series) is worth playing, than I would say yes. Watch Dog's is worth it's current price, and if you end up not enjoying the game, than at least you will know the story-line for Watch Dogs 2.

Love this game.

Great graphics, great mechanics, great storyline and very original.

This game is a great way to take out anger, all you have to do is boot up the game, run over to some guards and stab them in the back while they aren't looking.

10/10 best assassination game out there.
