I was gifted this game but the gameplay lacks in diversity and engagement. Based on what the game promised, I strongly feel it didn't deliver.

Most weapons share the same DPS, character customization isn't accessible in most of the game, and class-types are forced on specific players in the campaign.

I didn't feel like a strong marine and every situation I experienced felt forced by the game or pre-determined.

Mostly the gameplay is about pressing a specific key at a specific time or get punished severely when not doing so.

I don't know anything about Warhammer, so I get strong impressions that this game is taking advantage of Warhammer fan's wallets. (especially when considering the DLC)

I think the game has potential, but not a $60 potential.

A game can look pretty anytime it wants, but the quality lies in the gameplay.

I thought this was going to be a better version of Strike, but its pretty much just a copy paste with the same maps but a bunch of add on's. which sounds great and all until you realize multiplayer is just missions and not games you can set up. If the game does have that, then it takes more than an hour to get to. I've pretty much gone through a refund for this and I wouldn't hesitate to say I'm rightfully disappointed. I thought Strike was already a pretty big pay to win, but Wastelands is even worse. You have to make so many microtransactions that its not even fun. If you want a bad grindy game for a price that's just too much, then go for it. But in my opinion, this game is far from worth $15 because they already make so much from how much they milk peoples credit cards. If this game was free, then its something fun that's just "different." it's not addicting and never will be. It feels like one of those rip offs you'd find online that's trying to replicate the original. You'll have a much better time playing the original, I can guarantee you that.

Its a decent game. but defenetly not worth $10, refunding.
