CRAB GAME

This game has potential but its beautiful graphics have masked a hollow and poorly executed game. The world is filled with stuff but its an extremely thin layer. NPC behavior is 1990's level of rudimentary, combat is clunky and the menus are overly complicated. I kept playing hoping that I would find the game that was promised but every time I try something new in game hoping I will find some secret thing that will be really fleshed out i am disappointed. I can change this review over time but its a 6/10 for me and i would caution new buyers to hold off until things are fixed.

Great Proof of concept and its free!

I read a review that summed up my thoughts nicely "Hover Junkers is the Quake of VR". This is the first really playable, active game on any platform and while it has it's issues, breaking a sweat while pumping shotgun shells into neighboring junkers is a thrill.

Will VR games come out within the next year that improve on their concepts? yes, definitely. But they are the first to do it and its great to be a part of it!

Enjoyable, but performance is terrible on my computer, which is not terrible. Game mechanic wise this game is enjoyable, and updated version of xcom eu with new twists. The bugs that plauge this game make it a no go. The 'hotfixes' are save breaking and the general response has been lackluster from fireaxis. Will change review if problems fixed.
