While the game is better than Life is Strange 2, it is definitely worse than the first game. The power to absorb and feel other people’s emotions doesn’t have the same universal appeal that time travel had in the original Life is Strange. The power is just straight up boring and you will forget to use it outside of the hard scripted events.
The side effect of such an ability also makes the main character come off as weak and confused anytime there’s even the slightest bit of social tension, which doesn’t make her as interesting as Max from the first game, as she doesn’t really seem to be in control of anything at all.

The storytelling sticks to the Life is Strange formula with dramatic events that kicks things off, setting the tone for the rest of the episodes, and the final episode is supposed to deliver a big payoff. The issue, though, is that I guessed who the bad guy was right after the first episode, so from there, the game just felt predictable. I was basically waiting for it to end, which made it drag. I know this doesn’t apply to everyone, but the bad guy is painfully obvious and I think the majority of players will solve this “mystery” within the first few episodes.
One thing I did like though, is the environment. The small mountain town looks and feels super cozy, like a place I’d love to visit or maybe even live in. The atmosphere is one of the best parts of the game, no question. Credit to the level designers.

The awkward smiles… All the characters in this game have some of the most awkward smiles I’ve ever seen. They all look like “Hide the Pain Harold” and it’s honestly really distracting.

In summary, while the setting is great, the game itself just doesn’t live up to the original.
After I just completed the last episode, I was like, alright it wasn’t terrible. But then after having chewed on it for a bit and compared it to LiS 1 and other similar games, I actually do think this game is terrible. It just isnt worth the time or money. It’s just too boring and the story, characters and events just doesn’t hit you or stick with you.

Dont look at the review rating for these new trucks, some people make it a hobby to hate on electric vehicles. This is a free truck and if you like or are interested in driving EVs, then now you can for free.

Most of the negative reviews are unrelated to this FLC. This is "just" a free legendary lord, nothing wrong with free content.

Its so simple, yet it adds so much to the battefield. I always add the price of the blood dlc to the base game price, because I know ill have to buy this on the side for every Total War title. In a perfect world these would be free.

These dlcs not working as intended was fixed long ago. The negative rating is really just from 7 year old reviews.

This is pretty much needed to enjoy the game.

Really outdated, full of bugs, crashes on newer systems and the mechanics of the game are just not up to today standards and what you would want from a simulator in terms of realism.

Blood Bowl is such a weird spinoff for a franchise, but it does work and the game is surprisingly fun. The fact that halflings are represented is a nice bonus.

The one thing I truly miss from this game is the experience of going through binders of physical cards and the thrill of collecting them. I wish there were more card games on Steam that focused more on the joy of card collecting. Like having ingame binders where you could sort, organize, and display your collection however you want.

This game taught me, that just sneaking around and stealing ♥♥♥♥ isnt enough to make an interesting game.
