one of the guys on your friends list, called Junior, is a renamed item scammer. His steam profile:

Google for those and you will find lots of evidence. You can also look in his backpack. There is a real Sticky Jumper next to a renamed Sticky Launcher waiting for his next scam.

Maybe the next name will be yours.
There are two things you can do: 1. Kick him off your friends list so he can't hide behind your reputation, and 2. it would be great if you can send me the list of his most recent nicknames so I can find profiles he used and warn them.
People like him can only ruin the game as long as nobody calls them out.
