Do you already a modded version? If yes, then don't ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bother with this, guaranteed to look worse.

Can also still get to invisible chests in Dawnstar and the one under the Forge in Whiterun, do Bethesda even have a quality check or what?

If I had to pay for this I think I would top myself to be honest.

4k texture mods looks better and runs smoother than this ♥♥♥♥♥.

P.s only advantage is that you can alt + tab now. Which OneTweak mod had fixed already.

xDDDD REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I was always expecting this game to be good, I trust Firaxis and any other developers working on Civilization to make it a good game, although normally you have to wait for the inevitable DLC to be released that fixes 90% of the game by adding some new mechanics etc. (Civ 5 being the primary example as most waited for Brave New World before they could enjoy it).

This game however has been completely different. I have played this for 30 hours (as of 24th October) and I started and finished multiple games of Civilization, and each game that I have played has felt different from the last in some way. The victory types feel quite balanced, science victory and religious victory are probably the easiest I have done so far, the most challenging being domination, due to the warmonger system declaring war on Civilizations make it a challenge to invade and take the enemy city.

The religious victory is fun to play with, because you still need to have high science to get faith buildings to allow Apostles and Missionaries to be mass produced to spread around the world. I have found that the religious victory is more fun in large player games (8+ players) otherwise it feels a little easy.

The science victory feels quite balanced as their are a lot of steps to the space race which allows other civilizations to work on other victories so it can get quite clutch towards the end of a game.

Cultural victory can be fun although it feels quite slow for a large part of the game, then towards the end when you can farm antiquities for your theatrical district then you start to make a lot of progress.

As for the games performance, I can run it on my laptop (Lenovo Thinkpad X220 so if you want a comparison check that), it also runs on my PC although it has a GTX1080 so I won't write much about the performace as that quite honestly is pointless, sorry. As for the games options and things like that, the settings can be altered to get it to run on nearly any system from what I can tell.

Overall, I recommend the game to anyone, even those who aren't 'good' at strategy games as it is easy to learn. Also, the game has Sean Bean who makes the narration ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ AMAZING.

Pros:

- Easy to learn
- Has Sean Bean on narration
- Multiple and actually working victory types
- Graphically pleasing
- Great Performance
- Beautiful UI
- Each civ feels different and plays completely different from others

Cons:

- A few more civs could be nice, although these have already been confirmed as coming soon
- There are currently a few exploits (Near infinite units by selling them when nearly dead
- Trading needs a workover, the AI you trade with refuses 1 extra gold but you can glitch them into handing over everything they own
- Discussion system is poor, you can't tell people not to settle close to you until they already have

8.5/10 would recommend.

EDIT (Gameplay) - In the review, there wasn't much talk about the actual gameplay offered by this game. The game itself plays very well, the Paris map is extremely open and their are so many Oppurtunities to approach killing a target. The gameplay feels a lot like a HITMAN game should, and whilst in game you do not feel 'pressured' to get a lot of points like Absolution did. Once you start a mission, you are able to roam a large part of the map freely, yet there are still a lot of out of bounds areas which mean you need to be extremely stealthy or in disguise.

The mechanics such as instinct are much better now, they are a lot more balance and they can be switched off entirely allowing you to customize the difficulty of the level to match your skill. The gameplay does actually make the game worth playing assuming you can deal with the poor port/ lack of FPS this game offers.

EDIT 2 (30/09/16) -

Since the game has now had a few new updates/levels added, I thought it was worth doing another review after looking back.

I have since had a new PC that has a i7 6700k, GTX 1080 so I'm not sure I can rate the performance as quite honestly I'm yet to find anything that runs bad, so I would ignore this review if you need a performance based review.

As for the gamplay and everything else they have added to this game, I have changed the rating to a Yes for its recommendation, based purely on the gameplay itself. Each level they have added has its pre-set "Oppurtunities" that allow you to approach the mission in a pre-designed way, however you are able to ignore these and free-roam the map whilst gathering "Intel" so that you can approach the target in your own way.

I prefer to play without having my hand held, meaning I have the majority of the UI (minimap, hints etc.) turned off, which makes the game a lot more interesting and makes you think more about what it is your doing and how to plan a kill on your targets.

Overall, the game still has room for improvement (as expected), however this is a lot better than at its launch back in March. Would definately recommend, especially if you can get it on the cheap. .

Time for a lovely and honest on the game: Titanfall 2.

The game is literally the biggest pile of s h i t I think I have ever played, and I tried Dota 2. Every game makes me want to gauge my own eyes out as it is that unplayably boring and repetitive, each map feels like a reskin of other maps (even from old games). This wa nk needs to stop.

Literal cancer game.

Would rate 0/8, genuinely. Same s h i t, different day
