Incredibly solid structure and incorporation of semi-creepy elements into gameplay without doing jump scares. I really appreciate the multi-lingual usage it really adds ambiance especially if you know a little bit of German though it's not necessary to get the plot. The shooting and puzzle elements are very fluid and fun but can be kinda spongy when the game gives you ammo for the worst weapon and you feel obligated to use it on later enemies.

Sometimes there's too many puzzles going on at once but none of them are moon logic based except the ones literally about the moon/planets and I was usually able to solve them with a bit of thought.

Really good plot beats that develop artfully throughout the game. Characters' personalities and reasonings are solid and assist in giving the plot meaning. The art is beautiful and the audio developed.

Beautiful game. One of my top ever, even though I typically don't like this style of game.

I wish I could experience it again.

I... I wasn't expecting this.

I just wanted a short cute love story. I didn't expect actual fun gameplay that reflects the story, incredibly beautiful art direction, god-tier music composition, developed characters, main protagonist voice actors that speak with passion, or a story and lore that is developed and relatively unique.

I like it. Probably one of my favorite games of all time.


Update: I honestly think the addition of varied gender couples is probably the best idea for an update they could've had, they even changed the artwork for the loading screens to respect the character choices. However, the new voice actors sound lower quality than the originals (both of the new ones do), I'm not sure why. Maybe the default is just louder and more clear? I don't know. I would probably recommend the cis-gendered couple for a first play-through as the differing audio quality is very distracting if you can notice it. Sometimes I feel like I don't notice it and other times it's very glaring, I don't know. I think if the game came out as is, I probably would have gone with the lesbian couple at first and had a worse time which makes me feel sad. :(

Still a great game though, this doesn't subtract from that.
