I live abroad now and I never go all into Indian food when I go home (unless it’s from my own kitchen), until a few days have passed because otherwise even my body sometimes struggles.
Also, a lot of “street food” is glorified on the internet but made in terrible conditions. Yes the locals can eat it without fail, but I wouldn’t recommend that to foreigners without actually having waited for a few days. Had a few friends over for 12 days this winter when I was visiting India and nobody had a problem, but I was constantly monitoring their diets. I’d assume a professional esports would plan much better than that.
