This game has never been more optimized for mods. my lord. the game is just stunning. a MUST HAVE!!!

I love this game! The management seems very basic on the surface but the story is very good. It has a lot of dark humor and messed up moments. honestly a fantastic game! worth every dollar!

I'm going to try and warn you. its fun but there needs work to be done. Super slow research sim at the moment. Every Choice you make you can hardly tell if it affected anything or not. There is not a very structured job list or priority menu that works clearly. its all over the place with AI wanting to do what they want, really not listening to commands. Id say on of the most let down moments was no workshop. With a game that clearly took inspiration from prison arch, to rim world. you need a workshop to make this work great. not enough cult customization for how long we waiting for the title. The Whole "cult" thing feels like the secondary side gig to the game rather than the main portion... Running a business. Most of the choices i felt like i had to make made no difference. I could never figure out what jobs people had because they were never clearly marked outside of work period. Getting to know your followers is nothing like Rimworld. where it actually matters. these characters feel shallow. like with no personality. If we want to succeed with this title. we need workshop. and Free DLC, if we have to pay for DLC this game will die... Wait to buy it. Not really enough to keep your attention currently.

I would love to see mod support. It would make this take off. If we can make assets. buildings. new systems and UI just for modding. we will never let this game die. I cannot wait for more content. please please keep this game running.

It's a very fun game to start. I want there to be a campaign. With levels, with new unlocks along the way. This will be a great game if they follow the community and perhaps even allow mods down the road. But so far not a bad tower defense. Good concept, I think alot of the problem comes with the adaptation of other VR controllers. I personally with the INDEX, think it worked fine but needs some work with control scheme pages and such. The game play is fun. Almost a beat Saber workout if you put in the work in rapid firing the Bow like the guys screaming "their breaking in!" Isn't bad enough. The game is fun just play it😆

I have to say i have been playing the game, i am by no means close to being done. ive spent hours and hours just setting my tavern up let alone all the nitty gritty details. The games progression is fantastic. I would like to see even more in the future to keep the game going. The simple aspect goes along way with all the detail. Not to mention while playing the game, I got an update that was much needed. adding so many tools to assist. trust me when I say this is just getting good. Well worth my money and i cant wait to update the review after 200 hrs.

Not enough to recommend it at such an unfinished stage. the game is almost so shallow you can see everything there is to do right as you launch into your first game. I'm almost tired of seeing unfinished games on steam. its not just Becastled. Its a plethora, of unfinished games that think they can get a pass by slapping "Early Access" on it. I wanted this game to be so much more, as of now its not. I'll be waiting to see this game improve for I'm sure it will. And to be honest cannot wait to see the progression. But If you are going to buy the game at this stage. I would say no. Just light that fire to get this game finished and it'll be out in no time! I will change my Review once I've seen enough playtime to be worth it. High hopes!

As far as sale price goes. i picked it up for 20% off, so i figured id put some hours into it and give you my thoughts. if you like other games surrounding this title and don't mind a really unfinished and slightly repetitive game. (due to the lack of variety of units, buildings, etc.) then sure. pick the game up on sale. id never recommend picking up early access at full price anyway. Not a full game. not the full price. that's what I say.
