Just about any game series that makes me feel deeply emotional and engaged is a success to me. I just finished the two games offered in this package and have been playing some of Lisa: The First, and it's been an amazing experience. It has some fun quirks and a delightfully bleak sense of humor, both of which tie into a depressing, post apocalyptic story. Well worth the price of admission for these elements, if nothing else.

The gameplay is good. Simple and adequate as a means for telling the tale. Just make sure to pay attention to where you're walking, lest you find yourself falling off a cliff and getting a game over that you really could have done without.

The soundtrack is fun, but painful to the ears in a few cases. It reminds me of Earthbound in its strangeness. Many songs are catchy and weird, and others are haunting as hell. Whatever the case, I dig the soundtrack and feel that it was used to great effect in the game.

Maybe it's the masochist in me, but I found this stressful, unforgiving game to be quite an engaging experience. I'm only on chapter 4 as of this writing, but I am compelled by the game's narrative, retro graphics style, and most of all, the music. I went in after reading negative reviews and expecting loads of frustration. Bracing myself for the worst and a possible waste of money and time, I found myself engrossed.

Definitely not for everyone, and the game isn't without its flaws and inconsistencies, but as players point out these discrepancies, I am sure they can be fixed in patches. Great work on this one!

I may change this to a "yes," but I must bring up something. During a scene in which the Two Brothers meet in a house, there is the Demise of the Ceremony song from Shadow of the Colossus playing. Did the creator have permission to use Kow Otani's composition?

Punishing, addictive, and maddening in almost all the best ways. "Just one more game" becomes an enjoyable self-deception.

This is pure madness and fun. I still am partial to Saints Row 2, but this is still utterly delightful.

Otherwise, not worth your coin. Play for free if you like, or watch a Let's Play. There is virtually no interaction in this game, and you are basically just walking through a story told in a pretentiously poetic fashion. I wish I hadn't paid money for this.

Those glorious bastards at Telltale have done it again. I will repeat here the advice I was given about this game: JUST BUY IT. NOW. GO.

I can't extoll this title heavily enough. The art style, music, and highly emotional story...this is almost everything I look for in a game. By all means, give this one a try if you haven't already. I am confident that you will find it very compelling.

I just didn't get the appeal of this game. The environments and setting were lovely, and the monsters, few in variety as they were, looked great. However, the Russians speaking English really took me out of the mood, and I found the stealth system to be flawed and frustrating.

If you can get past the silly Russian accents, the game is worth playing for free or a couple bucks, but otherwise, I don't understand why this game got so much hype.
