Very reminiscent of a Sean Young esque of game, except it's actually more planned out and cared for. Simply a good, straightforward roguelite game.

I haven't played this since 2018 and from what i can remember, it was some of the most fun i ever had playing any kind of game. Although i cant attest to how it has improved since then, i can absolutely assure the quality and amount of possible enjoyment for the price. The biggest hindrance to enjoyment i could foresee is not having the patience to endure getting ♥♥♥♥ on, but if you played any sort of fromSoftware game or "souls-like,' there'd be absolutely no excuse why you wouldn't be smiling after getting instantly killed with your friends.

The only legitimate regret i have playing this game is not playing it enough when i had friends to make memories with.

By far, one of the emptiest games, in terms of content, that I've ever played for an early access game at this price point. It'd almost be forgivable but there are so many things that are unfinished, such as key names, physics, graphical effects and probably more things. I played through the entire game without finding a use for the shotgun because of how easy and little incentive to use varied equipment, especially since there are only 3 enemy types. I'm astonished that people call this game anything more than "neat." It's such an empty, rudimentary slog that ends out feeling even more disappointing finding out that you have full inventory and arsenal that has no purpose because you killed all the enemies and there are no levels left. Instantly gets put to shame when compared to Intravenous, even if this game is in the 3rd dimension.

It's so simple and super addictive. I'd say it's a great start and price to try out a roguelike. It's a 10/10 game despite the fact it's not even done yet.

TLDR: It's fun but there are other longer, more replayable games for the same price.

It's really good and I'd go as far as call it a classic. But the thing is: there are so many better options than this game and the main reason that is because of the developer. The singular (as far as i know) dev for this game really started to lose motivation to keep adding things to the game in the latter half of the development and as a result, a large margin of features, predominantly endgame content, suffered a lazy implementation. Many enemies are retextures, items don't do anything or have little reason to exist. If you don't mind hosting a server for multiplayer or just want something simple, I'd say give it a try because you could understand what the whole experience will be like by the time you get halfway through the refund time. Otherwise, it's kinda just sad and disappointing to see so much hard work get bogged down to try and bookend it as soon and as lazily as possible.

By far the most competitively priced content-packed games around. Even at a $60 price point, it'd still say it's an absolute masterpiece. This is *the* game to add to your library if you're even slightly interested in Metroidvania games.

Very simple to give 9/10: its foundations are very strong and it's nearly perfect at the exploration and combat front. There are just too many Bethesda Moments to say it's a 10/10 game. I think it's a classic in 10 years, because it's hardly been 5 and I'm still going back to replay the campaign, as its cinematic detail is outstanding and not excessive,despite not being able to skip cutscenes.

Very similar to Don't Starve, however non-derivative enough to justify being a stand alone game. I don't like the game for it's story or gameplay as much as I gush over the presentation. It's a bit ridged in the animations and movement and has a bunch of small issues you just have to live with and work around. Still, it's clear that it was made with heart and is worth a try.
