The only reason I preordered the game in the first place was because of the NUMEROUS exclusives I was locked out of in Payday 2 (namely the E3, Completely Overkill, Almir, and kawaii dozer masks). Between the issues I've had getting into my Starbreeze account (and getting no response from support for months) and the lack of communication on preorder bonuses, this has left a bad taste in my mouth.
