Go to C:\Program Files\EA\AC
Run EAAntiCheat.Installer.exe
Uninstall the service for FIFA 23 or for all games.

Close the program and open windows security and turn off everything. The virus scanner, the firewall, everything. Then open fifa 23 and let it download all the things and turn everything back on in windows security. It works for me perfecly.🥲
