it's an amazing character action game

watch "Evangelion" and "End of Evangelion" before playing

Uchikoshi's games have always been rollercoasters of unpredictable fun, even after playing all other english available uchikoshi titles, this one still kept me constantly unable to predict the plot twists. it ends well too

DLC1 had bland, boring levels and a bland, boring boss fight with slow pacing, which really only has the benefit of harder challenges rooms than the base game. This dlc on the otherhand is an amazing experience with great level, enemy, and weapon variety. A great sendoff to doom eternal.

minor cons of the experience:
-plot gets dumb at the end, but hey, it's doom
-the final boss fight's mechanic isnt clear enough. you are told to maintain appropriate distance like marauder fights, but in reality, you have to push closer than the sweetspot, within close melee range

also disregard the review bombing, it's from fans of a high level doom youtuber dissatisfied that the dlc on hardest difficulty isnt as difficult as it was in the first dlc

It's incredibly fun with huge leaps of polish over DOS2 that make it an even funner experience. Don't listen to any complaints arguing for more carbon copy D&D mechanics, since they just want accuracy even when doing so would make the game less fun.
