I don't honestly write reviews ever.

But as playing CoD Zombies as a child with my brother was a big part of my childhood, I felt obligated.

If you are looking for a game reminiscent of all the old CoD zombies mixed in with some of the more recent ones like BO3, this is the game for you.

Infinite waves, Easter egg-like objectives.
Story, although not as intricate as a telltale game etc, it's very fun for a zombie wave shooter.
Fun enemies that keep the game-play challenging if that's what you're looking for you can change the difficulty, and if you think you want to change it without quitting the match? You can do it in game which is such a great feature.
Upgrade your character with rewards from completing the story objective and completing higher waves.

The upgrades serve as permanent perk buys for your character, so you actually get rewarded for playing the game, whilst you can still buy on the wall perks.

The downsides of this game so far?
Hitches in frame-rate being quite frequent, but it is on track to be fixed.
The AI for the enemies are a little dumb, but honesty? Its a zombie game, they aren't meant to be super intelligent, however it is a little hilarious on wave 50 I can wipe everything out by making a blazefinger kill it's buddies without shooting a bullet.
There aren't a lot of guns at all.
Various bugs that when not game breaking can still be frustrating, example: final zombie of a round not spawning and taking 5+ minutes to end the round.
Sometimes when pressing F to pick up an object it doesn't always detect input, causing you to thinking you picked it up, and having to go back and actually pick it up.

With all this being said, it is a brand new game being exactly 4 days old as of this review, and I would implore all my CoD zombie enthusiasts the get this game as it will serve as the better replacement for something we have wanted for a long while.

This game is 100% worth getting. The devs care, and they do a great job.

Before I played apex, I had no friends, ugly face, a small ass, an ugly face again no partner and mental health issues.

None of this has changed but now I get wins and emote and quip spam the losers that crossed me when I rocked my double spitfire combo with pure skill as rampart. I am the I am the Champion.
