Worth the money if you play with friends.

To go into more detail, starting with the most obvious points. (11/2023)
The game is still pretty new and sadly has some bugs, but the developer are pretty nice and try their best to fix those as fast as they can (Bonus bug report menu in the game, to easily report found bugs). From here on the game can only get better. Most of the time the bugs are not that major and you can easily work around them.

Back to the actual game. The graphics are pretty neat, fitting for the game. Big bonus for the ragdoll elements, sometimes really funny.
Gameplay wise it definitly different than the first game, but personally i really like the way. It lead to way more possibilities for group combinations. Also area attacks play a bigger role than single target damage. Fights overall have a great difficulty and the player has a lot of options to deal with the differenty enemys.
Furthermore the item variety decreased in camprison to the first game, but this can easily be added back later on.
The story aspect of the game does not really exist. The story is more or less the reasons for the goals the play has and nothing more. It is fitting for the setting of the game and also some of the dialogs are pretty funny.
Soundtrack is great, good background music nothing more nothing less.
Right now the game includes 5 chapter to play through which is plenty of gameplay and interesting settings. For a casual play through probably around 30 hours are needed.

Definitly would say it is better to play the game with friends. Added more fun and stupied interactions. Overall a recommendation to play the game especially if you like turn based and DnD based games with a heavy focus on gameplay.
