Early Access Review
TL;DR: Don't buy this game and don't buy "Dark and Light".

This game had great potential. HAD.

At first I thought Wildcard had weird priorities, choosing to continually add heaps of new content while the rest of the game remained a buggy unoptimized mess. Over the long long time of ARK being an early access game it has become apparent that people with recommended specs would just have to suck it up while playing on minimum settings scraping the 20fps mark.

Some might have thought Wildcard to just be inexperienced developers who lacked the knowledge to fix what needed to be fixed. But with recent events it has become clear that Wildcard studios are only here for our money, and a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ type of developer doesn't exist.

1. Releasing DLC for an early access game.

2. Cranking the price up to 60 euros for the release of a clearly unfinished product (60!!!)

3. Throwing their new project "Dark and Light" on the store page.

Now no.3 might need some explanation.
Dark and Light is licensed under the development studio "Snail Games". Little fun fact, Snail games = Wildcard.
While doing everything but fix their broken game Snail games decided to throw another broken game out there.
Dark and Light is essentially the same game under a different name to throw of people thinking they are getting a similiar game to ARK without all it's flaw and faulty developers. They are throwing up the price of ARK to get people to buy their new game instead. They even pushed the release date to a moment so soon that the game they put up on steam is completely broken, all to be earlier than competition with a similiar concept coming out later this week.

Instead of fixing a good concept, Wildcard has decided to make a giant mess, and then proceed to clone that mess.

The bugs and problems ARK has, and Dark and Light will have, greatly outweight the big amount of potential fun the game could have been.
