To preface this negative review I want to make it clear that it IS NOT because the game isn't enjoyable. I am currently giving PoE2 a negative review because it absolutely DEMOLISHES my CPU. It is the ONLY game that constantly is eating up my resources and causing crashes. It gets so bad that it even sometimes bricks the computer as a whole. I will change my review to positive once these issues are hopefully addressed. Their forums even have a 216 page dedication to everyone complaining about how poorly it runs and how much of the CPU it eats up

The game is a refreshing breath of what OW used to be back before Blizzard become money hungry

This game took everything from Hades and simply improved upon an already FANTASTIC system. It took a little getting used to compared to the first, but now that I have an understanding of it, it feels so damn good. I can't wait till more comes of and can start seeing all the finished character arts, trinket arts, and so forth. The developers took a lot of time, love, and knowledge and stuffed it into this game and it shows. SuperGiant Games deserves praises to be sung about them.

The only negative thing I have to say is this....

The song that Scylla and The Sirens sings in Oceanus...is a damn earworm and I find myself humming it all the damn time. I need this song on Spotify already lol

The game would be great if it didn't crash every 3 to 5 minutes. Ever since the last update I can not stay in a match for longer than 5 minutes before it crashes. 90% of what they have claimed to have fixed has not been fixed. Extraction missions on anything above level 6 is still nigh impossible and can end a whole run. Still feels like you're using a peashooter if you aren't using the "meta"/premium weapons.

Game started off so strong when it first dropped and is quickly going down hill. The fame and the popularity of the game is causing too many things to slide by and just isn't acceptable.

Hoping things get ironed out and that most these issues are resolved and will come back once it has been.

I love this game. It is honestly one of a kind. The problem arises with the amount of ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ that comes with being owned by a company that wipes their hands of all ♥♥♥♥ and pumps out more micro-transactions. The cheating in this game has gotten out of hand. Being sniped by someone who is over 200m away and through a wall, when they had no preconception of you being there, is blatant. How do you report though? Oh, well you see, you can't just do that in game. You have to complete a three part ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ marathon to do anything about it, Which most people aren't going to, and that is exactly what the company wants. They don't want to actually deal with cheaters BUT god forbid you decide to use a harmless in game exploit to boost your stats. That will get you banned quicker than you die to a Katana rusher in this god forsaken game. On top of all of that fun, you also have to deal with the absolute ♥♥♥♥ balancing that the devs seem to do around the whiniest parts of the community. If you haven't invested time and money into this game, I would strongly recommend NOT doing so. At least not until the developers actually start taking the time to deal with the blatant cheaters and stop making the events so damn grind heavy to force those who can't play all day everyday to buy the ♥♥♥♥.

EDIT2: Game is still a hot mess. Items still not loading their pictures, certain characters getting nerfed that had a low pick rate to begin with while buffing characters that had a high pick rate to start. Bad game just stays bad and I keep playing it because I hate having fun.

EDIT: Game is still a mess. Constant crashes, items not loading their portraits, rubberbanding is bad again. I get they're kind of setting this game to the wayside for Smite2 but letting their current game go up in a heap of fire is not the right call

I'm literally just giving this game a negative review because of the frikin whale. Who's idea was it to make a guardian who can get a TON of damage just by building tank? You ripped that away from Vamana and now you made it WORSE on the whale? EVERY MATCH IS JUST WHALE WATCHING NOW BECAUSE IF HE GETS THE JUMP ON YOU, YOU'RE DONE FOR

If you're looking for a good time with friends, this game can provide it. Simplistic in nature, it has just enough depth to it to make it challenging and enjoyable. The thing is, DO NOT come to this game expecting a normal Outlast experience. You are not going to have a good time playing solo. You are not getting some huge story driven narrative. It is a set of "trials" that basically equate to 20 minute matches of completing certain objectives with team mates and trying not to get killed. You're not going to be dealing with a huge over lying story line and you are going to STRUGGLE if you aren't playing with friends or at least other players in these lobbies you will be put into.

TL;DR
Game is a great multiplayer experience with little story and only shares the Outlast name and mechanics.

Finally, after years of not playing Warframe, I was able to link my account from Xbox. I was one of the lucky ones to slip through the flood gates when they opened. Replaying this game, years later, I am completely f***ing lost. I don't know what is going on, who I am, what I am supposed to be doing, but I have powers and weapons so I kill my way through everything and somehow seem to progress. If you like a time consuming game that will keep you coming back, because you have to farm a specific material at 1 in the morning on a Wednesday or some weird ♥♥♥♥, then this is the game for you.

The game is a lot of fun when playing with friends. Extremely unforgiving but really making you want to push through over and over to find the best play style that gets you through the game. Monster races face a huge drawback because certain levels are completely filled with humans that will destroy you. Other than that, great time to be had if you can find it on sale

I think this is just a necessity at this point if you own a PC
