Terrible, a soulless clone of Payday 2, just go play that instead, you will save your money.

This game feels like another revolving door of the month title for streamers to go and play. It's simple and can be a lot of fun with your friends, but it's entirely just the breath of the wild climbing mechanic distilled into a game, with the added function of turning around and hauling your friends up. I'll update this as I progress, but right now I think this game is extremely boring, and not worth your time. Unless you enjoy the fad of the week.

Honestly, a true redemption story. This game launched with a lot of negatives, and comparing it to it's current rendition is an insane experience. I feel like I left a town for five years and came back and they added numerous businesses, every time I look over they're adding something to the game. This deserves your time.

I loved this game, bought it outright instead of just using gamepass. I won't be supporting this or buying any expansions anymore because paid mods are dogs*it. Didn't like it in Skyrim, I'm not gonna like it here.

I love Helldivers 2 The game gripped me so hard that I just didn't want to put it down. I've made so many friends, and have fantastic experiences. I'll never be able to shake the love I have for this game now. The game play is solid, the worlds are beautiful and the community makes the experience so much more. That last portion is the most important aspect that deserves the most attention. This is essential to state because the game itself is a quality experience and I think everyone should try a round of Helldivers 2.

Its beautiful boys. Remember mass protest does work.

When I picked this up, I was expecting something akin to the Terminator Salvation video game; a cash grab based off of a movie series trying to scrape whatever they can get. Something clearly made by a corporate grinder to provide a 4 hour campaign, with very minimal excitement.
With Terminator Resistance this was a shockingly amazing experience. There are many minute details that are littered through out this experience that clearly show signs that they've studied the source material. Between the music, the way scopes are cosmetically designed and little sound effects from different combogulators. Something that also compliments the sound design is the killer soundtrack. They mix numerous elements of the original movie's themes and blend them together really well to make a soundtrack that I actually found myself listening to while working. Something I don't do often, due to my unfortunate preference of music with lyrics; so this is something truly different and catching for me.

Along with fantastic sound shenanigans; the developers had a wonderful time with the graphics department. Visually this game is appealing, especially being a fan of the original movies, I felt like I've gotten to explore the sets of T2, and I've loved every moment of getting lost in the world, and the design of weapons and enemies come together so brilliantly into a cavalcading storm of frighting action. The moments where you're being swarmed by the big ole Terminators is some of the best moments I have in this game.

Sadly the game-play is the only thing that seems a bit wonky. Stealth is a bit rough, and doesn't quite garner the same capabilities akin to say Farcry. Even hiding in foliage or behind trees never warrant my character being hidden. (Guess that could be a lore reason too, since in the infiltrator mode your receive Robid Vision, that identifies thermal signatures.) But eventually the game devolved into me using my sniper and grenades from a distance plonking the robid terrors. Which leaves me saying the gun play is absolutely solid, eventually you'll get plasma weapons and hot damn if the pews and bews just set my soul to happy mode. This also leads me into another point where there is hacking in the game. (Which may accidentally be my new favorite hacking game) The hacking minigame is the some of the best games of Frogger I've ever played, and genuinely harkens me back to when I was a kid just using my Texas Calculator playing froger in geometry.

Unfortunately I kinda rambled so here's a TLDR pros and cons.

Pros:
1. Fantastic Gramphics
2. Made hacking fun for me, for once in any video game I've played.
3. The sound design and OST are phenomenal
4. Pews are certainly pewing here.
5. A level tree that made me consider my options, and I do simp for that.
6. Dogs
7. Has a sort of linear story, plays similar to Dishonored or Metro where you'll run back to a hub in between large open levels. I dig this, and appreciate that the game wasn't open world, just to be open world.
Cons:
1. Enemy Balance can seem a bit off
2. Stealth kinda works.
3. Non-plasma weapons kinda fall off really hard.
4. Patrick (Maybe he'll grow on me.)
5. The power scale is kinda funky, where I'm at in the game I'm kinda molly whopping the Robids pretty easily, but that's because I clutch onto my handy dandy snipereno.

Either way, for a movie game, hot damn this wasn't something I ever expected to happen.

"It's time to do your part for the glory of the Federation, Trooper."
This fun romp will take you to the many colonies of the bug menace. All of which I refer to as "Ohio".
The basics of the game are a FPS combined with minor base building elements. There are 3 kinds of trooper classes.

Hunter: A mobility unit, unlocks the smg as their first weapon. Their ability is a jet pack jump, that could benefit from a shorter cool down personally. They also benefit from an Ammo dispenser as an early utility unlock. They are again the lightest and lowest health in the bunch.

Bastion: This is your heavy, they'll be your gift from Satan himself. Their first weapon unlock is a LMG that will rapidly go chaotic when you try to hip fire, but hoo boy will it become precise when you hunker down with your unique ability, this ability will create a 360 degree shield wall that will protect you extensively from damage. Can be broken, but hey so can the bug menace, and their spirits.

Operator: My personal favorite of the batch. These yucky son of a guns will be your Boo boo kissers, builders, and ore clutchers. They get a backpack spot that stores a canister of goo, so you got your hands free for some blasting, or even another canister of goo! These dudes will also start out with stim packs which can be used to revive your knackered allies. That's not the only way they revive folks either. Their unique ability is an automatic drone that'll heal your allies of its own accord, and will even revive allies that are downed in a radius. I usually run support because I get to send my vict- I mean patients the bill down the road.

I'll add more to this review later, but this is a fantastic time, and I think if you're looking for a good time to spend with 16 players in a coop adventure. This is a decent purchase for you. So get ready, because the grinder always needs fresh meat!

I'll preface this with: Buy Resident Evil 3 first before you buy this.
This game feels like a discount Resident Evil, but more resembling of the remakes. while also controlling very similar to Dead Space.
The graphics are very similar to the mid life of the Xbox 360, they're not bad, just not up to par with the current generation.
The voice acting is something ripped straight out of House of the Dead, it's cheese city, and clunky. I can't tell if the game was meant to be played in English, because it feels like just a poor anime dub. Doesn't bother me actually, a bit charming, but I'm curious if it would be better in Italian where the developers are from. I also noticed the subtitles don't always match up.
Inventory management is highly resembling RE:1 where you have to manually load your gun in the menu, and I actually found their system of clip management to be charming too. You had to load each individual clip, but was useful in case you wanted to load one clip with high damage rounds.
Haven't finished it quite yet, but I will come back once I do.

With a massive UI overhaul, and improved combat system, you're going to be encountering a new and improved beast of the Mount & Blade series. I've been a long time fan of the series, and this takes all the good of warband, and improves upon it.
The siege system was completely revamped, finally making it seem like an actual siege is happening.
The character creation got a new makeover as well. You can now gain perks through the skills you're mastering, and no longer do you just use skill points to put forth levels.

Honestly the game feels like a graphic overhauled modpack, and it's all I could want for a sequel.
