This game genuinely surprised me. I recently got it during the Summer Sale at discounted price and I wasn't expecting too much, but damn this game really got me. I've been searching Steam and the internet for a while for some semblance of an actual good game.

First off, the story is phenominal and the choices you make during the course of the game and the final ones at the end have an impact on a "secret ending" which I got first time and was also shocked.

Second: The amount of lore and content within the story, even the smallest discussion between people, is enough to get me involved and learn about the people of Talos I. I probably spent time going over transcripts and emails of people. I found lots of things to do and the variety of enemies got kind of bland at times, but every moment an enemy pops up no matter how large or insignificant always brings a nice scare whether it be a nightmare organism that will hunt you to the ends of an area or a mimic sitting right behind a door.

To anyone that is wondering if to get the game, then I would say yes if you can commit to a singleplayer game.
