Sadly, I can not recommend this game. It looks very promising, but after trying to play multiple missions, I keep running into the same Bug, that breaks the game in its entirety. Every single time, without fail, at least one person on the job site will be alternating between 2 jobs frame to frame, which results in the AI standing still doing nothing. In most missions, there is at least least a few characters that you can't take over that are critical to your mission, so at that point you have to completely exit the game and restart it, if you do want to give it another shot. Even if you can take over the character that is causing trouble (seen it happen to multiple at once as well, which makes it even harder to do this), your job, including the description of what you should be doing, will switch with every frame, making it hard to read what you actually need to do, plus now you can't just play one role, you have to play all 10 roles that are involved in your current mission, hoping that at no point in this do any of the uncontrollable characters break down.
If it wasn't for this bug, then the physics (especially the walking) would feel wonky, but very controllable and excusable for the age of the game and the game itself would probably be very enjoyable. But in this state, I can't recommend it.

Generally, I can really recommend the game to anyone that enjoyed Factorio or Satisfactory. While it has a simmillar play style, it is very much a different game and very interesting to play. Though, it lacks the polishing you might be used to with Factorio, but as an Early Access Game, this is more than you usually get and has provided me with much joy these last days.

I just love how not a single of the tooltips takes itself serious.
