Probably had a bit too much hype & the Numenera setting may be a bit too crazy to translate properly to a CRPG, but this game stands on it's own.

Best Sci-fi grand strategy game I've ever played.

Great game, but I can't support a publisher (Take Two Interactive) that is against modding.

Attacking modders? Rockstar is dead to me. ♥♥♥♥ GTA V, ♥♥♥♥ RDR.

Excellent game. Feels like a mix of System Shock & Dungeon Master.

This game is a fantastic sequel to the NES classic that I loved as a kid. I love the new fighting styles. Steve is bascially Balrog from Street Fighter, with all of the bad-ass that entails. The day & night cycles as well as the innocent bystanders & police add a new element of strategy to this classic formula.

It's like Firefly & Space Rangers 2 had a baby in pseudo 3D.

I love the art directon & I love the story & background, but this game has the worst controls of any tactical combat game I've ever played. The "tutorial" doesn't actually help either.

All the other reviews are complaining about how this game isn't a proper 4x game. Well it's not & I'm pretty sure it never claimed to be one.

Sid Meier's Starships could use a little more polish & more things to do (think Sid Meier's Pirates), but as it stands it's a fun little space romp. I'm certainly enjoying it a lot more than I have Civilization: Beyond Earth.

Needs a bit more depth, but I am thoroughly enjoying this game so far. Plays faster than I thought it would as well. I do worry about that OTC will end up having only 1 or 2 "perfect" build orders for each faction. Hopefully adding more depth to the resources, patents & engineering can prevent this.
