Albeit our victory against the Covenant, humanity will remain scarred forever and its wounds certainly won't heal in a day. Deep within our animalistic nature, many of us believe this truce to be temporary; that this fragile peace will soon draw us back into the chaos that enveloped our species not so long ago. With the imminent funding for another wave of Orion IV requested by Lieutenant Commander Musa-096, the pool of candidates has been considerably increased, thus forming this request as a result.

Earth will need new heroes; humanity will need soldiers that are willing to go the distance to make up for those who won't. Amidst all the darkness that surrounds most of them, I can personally vouch for their skills, having witnessed them myself.

Below can be found the attached document related to the sub-tiered examination results of the chosen prospects.

Make no mistake; all of them have been carefully selected for the role and were already regarded for the position, though formalities require this dossier to be passed into your hands.

I’d like to say thank you, for all the years of fun memories and time spent playing games.
