Seriously, this game needs a sequel.
Like... really badly.

Seriously, I can't believe this game was developed in Unity.

Seriously...

Unity.

Once you get passed that, you'll be welcomed with open arms to a hardcore platformer not unlike the Metroid series of games. Tight controls, cool abilities, tons of secrets ... this game embraces the platformers of yesteryear without shoving it in your face for nostalgia's sake. Don't expect an easy game just because the art-style is cutesy/adorable; there's a reason the devs included a death counter.

Really the only downside are the occasional trial-and-error platforming sections where you pretty much have to finish the entire section in one shot, otherwise you'll have to start from the beginning of said section ... even then I'd hardly consider that a criticism of the game.

And guys, seriously...
Unity... I had no idea games this beautiful could be made with the engine.

Surprisingly entertaining campaign. Could've used more Spacey, but whatevs.

Gonna rate this game 12 Spaceys out of 9 cheeseburgers.

Always bet on Duke ... except while playing online co-op. Infinite spawning enemies definitely makes for a more difficult time going through levels. Otherwise, the game is still fun
