If you don't have a stable and positive mentality -> Don't play this game

If you don't wanna add into your melting pot mixture for depression -> Don't play this game

If you don't wanna get so angry you chew your wiener off and grind your massive balls into a gushy mutilated slurry ->
Don't play this game

If none of these things apply to you, buy it, download it, play it. It's a pretty good game

Early Access Review
Forgot to change my review on this game. Only valid reason I would have for leaving it as a negative review is my sleep schedule is all ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up from how addicting this game is.

Just max security command and hypnotize and you'll never have to get your hands dirty, even on hard mode <3

Loved the game. Is it better than the prequel? It's arguable; I myself enjoyed this game much more than the first one, but of course everyone is entitled to his or her own experience and ultimate opinion.

It's rare to see a game that is a true successor to the previous one. The Evil Within 2 is a shining example of a game that supercedes above and beyond the expectations from the first.

My biggest regret with this game is that I hadn't refunded it during the refund window.

Decided to buy this game during the summer sale because I loved it as a kid, and that still has not changed. After being away from it for so long and playing countless games with more advanced graphics, I can still say they do me justice.

There isn't just 1 way to assassinate your target and I really appreciate that as you can always take a different turn when replaying a level which ultimately gives it it's replayability. Whether it's 100% stealth or guns blazing, that choice is yours.

If you're computer isn't ♥♥♥♥, the game runs just fine.

If you know how to manage time, you'll have more time left over at the end of the game than you know what to do with.

After putting as many hours as I have into this game I feel like I can write a solid new review for it.

First and foremost, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GREAT SOUNDTRACK...AND DONT EAT THE CARP.

On a serious note, I really do love and enjoy this game. You have to do all 3 playthroughs to understand the story, but I can assure you that it is WELL worth it however it is not for the weak of heart, because it's going to hit you right in the feels.. You can sense the changes in the characters throughout the game and I feel like that builds a personal connection between the characters and the player, and in addition to that you can see how the relationships form and grow between the different characters and at times it can really hit home and I appreciate that.

In addition to a great story, I feel as though a lot of the quests act as a support to the story as many of them reflect the changes in the machines and really reinforce some of the stories main aspects which I think should never be overlooked, and as a plus some of them are very heart warming and cute.

The combat for this game is amazing and emersive and combos can be changed depending on which kind of weapons are assigned to your light and heavy attacks. My favorite thing is probably how both close range and long range attacks can be utilized simultaneously and how you can "build" your characters with a variety of different chip sets to suit your playstyle and what you value most in combat. OH! and it switches from a 3D platform to a 2D platform at times which is also a pretty nice twist on things.

I've always loved the idea of a post-apocalyptic setting and I feel the environments in the game really give off that sort of vibe and is done so with great graphics and exceptional ambience. All in all, the game is amazing and with the right amount of patience, I assure it will leave its mark on you and it will be something that you will ALWAYS remember. Heavily recommended
