I had seen a Speedrun of this game one time on GDQ and I thought it looked pretty cool. Turns out, this is one of the best Souls-Like games I've ever played. I always wondered how they could make Souls into a shooter and man, this random looking frog game is better than I expected.

I'm pretty sure the sound effects are mostly the creator making explosion sounds with his mouth and that's hilarious.

I keep expecting the game to run out of ideas, but every area was a breath of fresh air.
In IGN fashion, it really makes you feeeeel like a Frogmonster.
Unique music for each boss (THERE ARE SO MANY BOSSES AND THEY'RE ALL UNIQUE TOO)

This game is pretty much a Metroidvania version of Doom but a frog with guns.
If you consider yourself good at FPS games, this is your test.

The game has aged like wine. Only issue is the crashing several times a mission. It's really really bad. There is a mission to do 20 waves of a survival mode, you literally can't do it because you will crash during the mission (at least it's optional I guess).
Probably the best stealth game I've ever played and it's co-op so you and your friend can complain about crashing together!

If you had to look up walk-throughs for multiple puzzle sections in any video game because you got frustrated, just do me a favor and skip this game.

First few runs are difficult as you're learning how the physics and items work. Maps are COMPLETELY randomly generated which can lead to hilarious map designs. Some days they are easy and some can be very difficult, but the variety leads to lots of joy.
I love the jungle level; climbing up vines like a monkey instead of climbing a cliff is so much fun!

I became a robot loving drug addict that eats people.

$50 gets you the best story, soundtrack and game play of the year.

An improved version of Persona-styled combat with a very rewarding parry system (not mandatory to parry anything). Every character is unique in play style and they all do incredible damage!

I can't get over how good this game was for this price.

We paid money to get advertisement for their new show instead of them giving us OG Dragonball characters

It's like Binding of Isaac and Vampire Survivors combined in the best way possible!

Every run you can try something completely new and inventory management can make you brew up some insanely broken builds. The game has an ending and it does not take very long to reach there once you do a few runs to learn how to play. Much better than those roguelikes that only add modifiers to fluff their hours played.

It's Elden Ring but with WAY better performance! Play with friends for a fun online experience, or play solo where the game's difficulty is reduced.

Gameplay and side missions are entertaining and rewarding, lots of hidden objectives that remind me of New Vegas.

Not a cave simulator like Skyrim was; Oblivion Gate simulator instead!
Buggy mess here and there but it's Bethesda.

I highly recommend the game if you can actually commit to it, definitely a grindy game but it's all enjoyable.

Got some mods for QoL like no weight on misc. items or arrows, increased performance and faster leveling of minor skills. Running at ultra with FSR performance and I get 140 frames now in the open world, and 70-100 outdoors.
