+rep STOP!✋🏻🛑⛔️ I know its hard to overcome porn addiction. i struggled with it too and i understand how you feel. its ok and not embarassing to suffer from this. here are some ways to prevent it: Use an appblocker to block sites and apps that contain 18+ content ( like this one ). Be gentle with yourself and give yourself a treat every time you dont watch/read nsfw. Develop other activities like enjoying a sport or hobby you like so you have no time/interest in porn. REMEMBER THAT PORN ADDICTION CAUSES TERRIBLE CONSEQUENCES ESPECIALLY IF YOURE UNDER 18!!
